Anberlin Break Up News: 2014 Will Release Final Album & World Tour (VIDEO)
Anberlin has announced that 2014 will be the band's final year together. The rock band formed 12 years ago in Winter Haven, FL and has had their current line up of vocalist Stephen Christian, guitarists Joseph Milligan and Christian McAlhaney, bassist Deon Rexroat and drummer Nathan Young since 2007. They will release their final album on the label they started with, Tooth and Nail Records, and head out on a farewell world tour to give all of their fans one last chance to see them live.
They released an official message online that said:
"In 2014, we're going to release our final record and tour the world one more time. We don't want to fade out. We want to end with hugs and celebrate the life that was Anberlin and not be bummed about us ending."
They released a video for their fans to share about their final record and reminisce about the journey they have been on as a band. You can watch the video above.
Anberlin released their first album Blueprints for the Black Market in 2003 with Tooth and Nail records and had their biggest hit of their career "Feel Good Drag" off of their fourth studio album New Surrender (2008). Their latest album Vital was released in 2012.
