Arrow Season 3 Episode 1 Recap: A New Enemy For Arrow Appeared

The developing romance between Felicity and Oliver has made all the "Arrow" fans going crazy. Their relationship will not have an easy start. The "Arrow Season 3" will feature new cast members and faces like David Cubitt as Manhunter, J.R. Ramirez as Wildcat, Rila Fukushima as Katana and Charlotte Ross as Felicity's mom.

The third season's episode 1 is entitled "The Calm" and premiered on October 8 on The CW. A new enemy for Arrow appeared in the Season 3 opener. The Team Arrow is battling against Vincent Stilgrave, who has failed the city.

Felicity and Oliver are still flirting with each other and Oliver is living in the Arrow Lair. A bassinet established by Diggle and Lance wrecked the task force on the vigilante by using his promotions wisely.

Felicity is now working at Chuck's old store, providing tech support and selling computers. She is waiting for Ray Palmer. The latter is also a geek like Felicity and says he know someone who is interested on hiring here.

Felicity was a stunner during their dinner with Oliver. They were both nervous and so to ease the tension, Oliver told her about his journey in Hong Kong. He said he was seeing people as either targets or threats. Felicity is the first human he saw as human and never forgets what pen color she has chosen. It was a great moment, and then, a missile blasted.

On the other hand, Count Vertigo now manages the old business and is upset about Oliver's great ability to live. He has been enveloped with his greatest fear. This started after he was injected and sees Vertigo as himself.

Oliver and Felicity turn up to put in an offer to purchase Queen Consolidated again, unfortunately Ray Palmer shows up and parks his helicopter on the roof.

Diggle was opposed by Oliver to go to the field. In another scene, while Oliver is fighting Vertigo, Canary arrives. Vertigo is down, but this does not worry him. He is confident that someone will always pick up the mantle. This is because the people have provided power to it.

The first episode of the 'Arrow' Season 3 leads to more questions in the viewer's mind. What will happen next to the characters?
