Apple iWatch Release Date and Price: Early 2015 Expectation
Over the last couple of years, technology experts have revealed how wearable gadgets will change our lives. It will be a lot like those spy movies where these gadgets help in tight corners, and watches seem to be innovators' favorite for now.
Bigger players like Moto, Samsung, and LG have already revealed their offering, and now everyone waits for what Apple has up its sleeves. The iPhone 6 launch event was truly special as fans got a peek of what wearable technology will be all about when fused with elegant Apple styling and fashion. Although Apple did not call them iWatch (as anticipated), fans still do.
As far as the release date is concerned, Apple has already said that it will be coming early next year and if sources are to be believed, you can expect it around second week of March. Apple is already busy with iPod 6 and plans to release these devices at the earliest especially after the sales for iPhone 6 have settled in the US. However, there are no details on whether these devices will be available for worldwide release on the same date.
On the other hand, Apple iWatch will cost a little more than other smart watches on the market. The base price is set at $349, which are hundred bucks more than Samsung's model. Additionally, Apple also plans to launch different variants including the limited edition model. These variants will be priced anywhere from $349 to $549 in the US and will be available for purchase on the official websites.
Apple fans and experts justify these prices citing the features and fashion quotient these watches have to offer. There is no doubt that these watches look far better than other contemporary smart watches, especially with sport and fashion bands in great colors. In terms of usability, built-in speaker and microphone, smart touch tech, maps, health apps and a myriad of other features make it an anticipated device already. There is no doubt that when it will be combined with iPhones and iOS 8 features, users will have a lot to look forward to.
