NCIS Season 12, Episode 3 Spoilers: A Flashback to Ducky's Past
NCIS Season 12, Episode 3 Spoilers: A Flashback to Ducky's Past
Excitement and mystery engulf viewers as NCIS opens its 12th season. The first three season-opener episodes invoke curiosity as a new case has been opened and new flashbacks featured. The latest about the engrossing episode three of NCIS with Ziva David's link, Tony's single problems, and a flashback to Ducky's young and dashing past.
The episode was a certified engrossing one from the very past thanks to Dr. Ducky's exciting throwback to his life as a university student, his secret love for a young woman who eventually gave him a bowtie which he hated immediately, and an explanation behind the reason why he frequently wears bowties. Ducky's need to also get into obstetrics during the old days was also opened in the episode with him saying he "had it up to here with cadavers. To be honest, if I never see another dead body again it'll be too soon."
Ducky and Bishop travelled all the way to England to search more about a case that has a connection with Ducky's childhood best friend. The search involved interviewing and talking to the friends and family of his childhood friend. Ducky and Agent Bishop's England trip also triggered Ducky to recall his past and remember the choices he had made that led him to where he is right now.
The one-hour episode featured prostitution and ring smuggling and Ducky's still-sharp way of beating an assassin down. TVfanatic noted Ducky's impressive skills by saying "Ducky has never really lost his coolness, has he? He may be older, but his ability to think fast hasn't gone either. His scene with the assassin was amazing and also a bit ironic: he saved Margaret's life (and his own) through the precise use of a scalpel - a gift he'd been given by his best friend and romantic rival."
Episode 3 also opened other hints for the viewers to watch out in the future. NCIS-source dropped a few clues in the new season: We meet Agent Bishop's husband and the hope for team TIVA. Isn't it exciting to finally see Bishop's better, equally-impressive husband? Also, it seems like TIVA fans shouldn't be losing all hope, yet. This season is going to be so good.
