Retina Display iMac Specs and Features: Added to the Fast Lane of Technology Comes The New iMac Know More About it
Apple has gone through unveiling a cheaper iMac for its users last June 18, 2014 and not long ago from this announcement; they are now revealing a new iMac update that will excite many.
Apple will soon introduce a Retina display to their all-in-one desktop Mac. It is expected that the iMac with Retina display will be launched on October 21, 2014 in an Apple Press event, though everything has yet to be clarified.
Apple will release a 27-inches iMac that is Retina display-ready. The new iMac may have a higher resolution than the previous models but there were other rumours circulating that it might not be that rich in the Retina display side. The 27-inches iMac currently has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 and the requirement to enjoy the newest Retina display would be a higher processor power that can enable to display 5,120 x 2,880 pixels.
Others are speculating that in order to maximize the Retina display of the newest iMac, it should aslo be able to carry on 3,840 x 2,400 pixels. The cost of the new iMac wiill not be cheap. However, the price will be justified by the quality and features that users will get.
The new iMac is set to have a new processor. A USB port will also be available - a USB Type-C port to be specific. The processor will be a Haswell i7-4790K with base clock speed of 4.0GHz; the new iMac will also have AMD graphics.
Other features include the increase of speed because of its new processor and the ultimate new display of the iMac that everyone is talking about. Apple is currently expanding and innovating their hardware specifications, which will give a new touch to the newest iMac and as well as to the other Apple devices such as iPad, MacBook Air and Mac mini to name a few.
The release is set to be on the end of October 2014 and shipping will definitely start right after it has been announced to the public.
