Dying Light Game Release Date, News, Reveals and Rumors: Dying Light Looking like better option than Dead Island
This is a game developed by Techland, a Polish video game developer. The action adventure horror video game is published by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and set to be released on Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows platforms. The game has both single player and multi player modes and is scheduled to be released on January 27th 2015 for North America, January 28th 2015 for Australia and January 30th of the same year for Europe and Japan. The game will be distributed using optical discs but can as well be downloaded.
In this game, the players are introduced to a world overrun by vicious zombies of some sort. Due to this, they are forced to lay low and scavenge their way through this world in search of supplies to craft weapons that they in turn use to defend themselves against the infected population of that world. Like a normal complete day, the game has night and there is day. During the day the player has to go out in search of supplies for their safe zone since at night they have to keep a low profile and spend it better part running and hiding from the infected that become a lot more dangerous than they are during the day.
The game was originally meant to be a sequel to the Dead Island or at least that's what the developers, Techland, had in mind when they were working on it. Due to the many changes and brand new features that were not related to the original game Dead Island, they decided to go for a new idea all together hence their new hit Dying Light. Another reason for abandoning Dead Island for Dying Light is the spilt of Techland and Deep Silver that was sparked by Techland's disagreed with the creative vision of Dead Island. All in all the game is very highly anticipated by gamers and is expected to be breathtaking.
