'Grace Point' Season 1 Episode 4: Spoiler Alert! More Mystery Suspects Revealed
The recent episodes of "Gracepoint" led to speculations on who the real killer of Danny Solano is. However, in the latest and fourth episode, the show takes on a new perspective.
TV Recaps says that the show unveils new potential killers for the victim. One suspected person is Lars Pierson, due to the fact that his phone digits were discovered in the deceased's jacket. Lars Pierson was given a general discharge with no known reasons when he was in the war. The show goes on to unveil that an anti-psychotic prescription was renewed by the war veteran.
When the detectives wanted to search the war veteran's cabin, they were stopped by the local sheriff who asks for a court order before he can let the detectives investigate. Jack Reinhold, then remembers the man as someone who talked to Danny.
The second suspected person is Chloe Solano's partner, Dean. The girl rats out Dean as the source for her cocaine, this led the detectives to find Dean. However, when they finally got to Dean, he runs away from them. Dean finally admits that Danny was with him, then he bought the cocaine. Dean convinced Danny to take cocaine after he gave Danny a ride. When the two went to a gasoline station, Danny tried to steal from Dean, which led to the fight. A CCTV footage from the gas station confirms Dean's story. During the evening of Danny's death, Dean was serving at a restaurant owned by his uncle.
According to TV Fanatic, Vince is also another suspected person. Even Tom was peculiar. Tom took Lar's phone number. Also, an old lady who was questioned about Mark Solano lied. It's as if she knows the real killer's identity and is trying to steer the detectives away. The old lady also has Danny's skateboard which makes her more suspicious.
Meanwhile, Ellie's loyalty to the family and her sworn duty is being tested as more and more secrets and details are being revealed, according to WeGotThisCovered. The detective is putting all her strength in keeping her emotions and prejudices from getting in the way of her job.
