Mark Hitchcock Addresses the Coronavirus Pandemic in New Book
Pastor and Dallas Theological Seminary professor Mark Hitchcock believes the current coronavirus outbreak is related to the vivid, end-time biblical prophecies about plagues, pestilence, and pandemics. In his new book, Corona Crisis (release May 19, 2020; Thomas Nelson), Hitchcock demonstrates from the Scripture that COVID-19 is not the fulfillment of events that will occur during the Tribulation period but rather a foreshadowing of what lies ahead.
The Bible warns us in 2 Timothy 3 that in "the last days perilous times will come." Given the worldwide calamity that is COVID-19, it is natural to ask such questions as,
- Is the COVID-19 prophesied in the Bible?
- Is the COVID-19 the judgment of God?
- Will COVID-19 lead to the end of the world as we know it?
- Is COVID-19 a sign of Christ's soon return?
- Where is the current crisis headed?
- How bad will it get?
- How should we respond in light of the COVID-19 crisis?
Prophecy expert Mark Hitchcock answers all of these questions and more in Corona Crisis: Plagues, Pandemics, and the Coming Apocalypse.
Mark Hitchcock, Ph.D., has authored over 30 books on Biblical prophecy. Corona Crisis puts the current situation in perspective in relation to previous plagues, like the Spanish flu, while giving an overview of the major signs of the end times. Hitchcock also discusses how the rise of globalism contributes to the spread of plagues in our global environment.
Corona Crisis: Plagues, Pandemics, and the Coming Apocalypse by Mark Hitchcock will be released May 19th, 2020, and available wherever books are sold.
