The Haves And Have Nots Season 2 : Three Different Families Whose Members Are All Fighting Battles And Sometimes These Battlefields Cross Paths
If you have never been a fan of soap opera the Haves and Have Nots is one am sure you will like. This American television soap opera has had me glued to my sit ever since it started and I must say that it is very interesting and one that had me wanting more and more.
This soap opera is based on the complicated lives of three families the rich and powerful Cryer and Harrington family and the meagre Young family.
Season 2 is out and the drama continues between the three families and now the stakes are higher with the powerful Jim Cryar running for the governor's seat and David Harrington his longtime friend running as his deputy. We all remember the lovely and feisty Candace Young who made the lives of the mighty Cryar family hell, well she is still in the show only this time round Jim has her handled like he always says in a different way. He had her kidnapped by a gang he helped free in his court room and they are now returning the favor by helping him teach her a lesson. It was surprising to see Candace afraid for once something I thought would never happen.
Now, I know you are thinking that Jim is out of the woods and his family from drama but he is not. It seems the Cryar family will never run out of trouble as their son Wyatt finds himself in a lot of distress after a hit and run situation where he kills a small girl and puts a young man in hospital under the intensive care unit. What makes matters worse is that the young man involved is Hanna Young's son Benny. Now, the fact that Jim is running for governor this whole situation puts him in a very awkward situation and he is forced to protect his son by lying if he is to win the seat as the governor.
Hanna is forced to file her statement accusing Wyatt for the hit and run since she was at home when he came and told his parents what he had done also considering the fact that it was her son who was hit. She becomes close with the grandfather of the little girl who died joined by sadness and grief and they both look for justice for their children. As if Hanna is not going through enough Benny's biological father get a court order to get his own son off life support so that he can have his kidney since he is suffering from kidney failure. It is frustrating to see how some people can be so self-centered and selfish.
As for the Harrington family they also have their own share of problems as their son Jeffry comes clean and tells his parents that he is gay which doesn't go well with his mother Veronica and she ends up blackmailing her son into dating girls using his car that was with Wyatt on the crime scene. David her husband gets fed up with her attitude towards their son and decides to move out of their matrimonial home.
Well this is a season to watch out for and I can't wait to see how the three families battle out their problems. I cannot afford to miss out on any episode and you shouldn't too.
