John Michael Montgomery Requests for Prayers After His Tour Bus Accident
Country music singer John Michael Montgomery is requesting that fans remember him and his team in prayer as he suffered severe injuries after a horrific tour bus crash. Montgomery and two other individuals were injured when Michael's tour bus crashed near the Kentucky state line in Tennessee.
Montgomery writes, "Yesterday we had a serious accident on the way to a concert in North Carolina. Everyone that was on the bus is recovering from their injuries. Despite some cuts and broken ribs, I am doing well. I will take some time over the next couple of weeks to heal and be back on the road soon. I am grateful to the medics and highway patrol for their quick response to this difficult situation. Thanks to everyone for their concerns."

Montgomery said he is grateful to the highway patrol and the medics who helped them with their quick response in this tense situation.
The bus crash came one day after the five year anniversary of the death of John Michael's brother Eddie Montgomery's friend and bandmate, Troy Gentry. Eddie paid tribute to "T-Roy" on social media earlier in the day.
