Konami Presents PES 2015 and Kojima's Metal Gear Solid 5 in Lineup for European Gamescom 2014 Event Next Month
Konami revealed the lineup that it has for the Gamescom 2014 and this is where it is going to show off the advances that it has made for the PES 2015 and Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain next month. When we left off, Kojima had given the guardian a release date in 2015 for the Metal Gear game which was probably not to become public knowledge at the time, but the cat is out the bag now. Moving on, the visitors to the Gamescom 2014 show will be given a chance to see the ambition that is the next installment of the Metal Gear game. They will also get a chance to test out some demos of PES 2015 which will be available on the floor of the event.
Konami said the presence of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and PES 2015 will showcase their strongest products at the European biggest game show so everyone is pumped for the event including the audience who seem to be keen for details of Metal Gear Solid 5. According to Konami General Manager, Martin Schneider, both of the games are said to be equally good and will be a sign of the commitment and energy that Konami has as a developer. Metal Gear series creator, Hideo Kojima has always envisaged an open world game and this time he might have just outdone himself according to reports from Konami, the developer company. The European event will give fans the chance to view the open world of the game which is powered by FOX Engine.
Apparently this will be the first time for PES 2015 to make an appearance at a major event hence the importance of allowing a playable version. That will probably reel in market, if the game is half as good as Konami says it is. As for Metal Gear, all Kojima had to say was that the game will be the most extensive and the most ambitious version of the metal gear series so far.
