Here Are the Lyrics to Citipoint Worship's "Still a Fire"
Citipoint Worship releases their brand new single "Still A Fire" feat. Chardon Lewis. The song proclaims that our God is a God of all the ages --- past, present and future. Miracles still happen today. Mountains still move today. Impossibilities still bow to His name. God is still working today.
"Still a Fire" isn't just a song, but a powerful declaration that He is still alive and able and we can put our whole trust in Him.
This release for Citipointe Worship, as it was captured live in 2023 at our local church in Brisbane, Australia, and is the third single of their new album due for release mid-2024.
VERSE 1
When I was still a rebel
You still called my name
And oh how much it cost you then
But my ransom is still paid
VERSE 2
Your roar cannot be silenced
Your hand cannot be stayed
The gospel not just history
Is still a fire today
CHORUS
I believe You still move mountains
When the mountains raise up high
I believe impossible things
Are possible with Christ
Higher, higher, God be glorified
Higher, higher, God be lifted high
VERSE 3
Your blood is still the answer
It's still mighty to save
And that old tomb is empty still
Still embarrassing the grave
And that old tomb is empty still
And so it shall remain
BRIDGE
I walk around these walls
I know with You they'll fall Just like
You've done before
Just like You've done before
I've heard the mountains shake
I've seen the valleys raised
This storm too will break
This storm too will break
BRIDGE 2
I've seen what You can do
For You did it in me too
The glory goes to You
All glory goes to You
Your resurrection power stands
To complete what You began
I know You're not done yet
I know You're not done yet
