Hannibal Season 3 Premiere Dates, Spoilers and Reveals: What Happens to Will Graham and Jack Crawford, and will they ever get Lecter?
NBC sure picked a winner when they picked 'Hannibal'. The character from the Thomas Harris books has been portrayed by several celebrated actors but none has risen to the occasion quite like Mads Mikkelsen. The German born actor gives an impeccable and very believable delivery with the accent to boot. Although the movies have come straight from the book the series is just based on characters in the book exploring different story lines. After the success of the first season it was renewed for a second season and on May 9TH 2014 it was announced that the award winning series was renewed for a third season.
Season two ended in a blood bath, in true Hannibal fashion, with a massacre whose victims shall have to remain to us unknown until next season. However after much hounding of the producers at Comic-con and basically at every turn, there are spoilers that have been released to keep us sane until the release of season 3 in 2015. Every season has had episodes named after dishes, with season one episodes named for French dishes and season two for Japanese eats there are rumors that season three shall follow an Italian theme.
The biggest thing to expect in season 3 is a time jump. We are to expect a whole year gone and this is to make it harder for the fans to determine who survived the season two massacre. At the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con it was revealed that Hannibal managed to seriously injure Will Graham and Abigail Hobs with the fates of Alana Bloom and Jack Crawford hanging in the balance. It is obvious from his escapades in season two Hannibal shall be in prison but to save us the boredom of having to sit through this there shall be a lot of flash back utilized and of course Hannibal's mind palace to keep it interesting. Dr. Frederick Chilton played by Raul Esparza, Dr. Abel Gideon played by Eddie Izzard and Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier played by Gillian Anderson are some of the new characters expected in the upcoming season. With all these things and undoubtedly more to expect 2015 shall definitely be better for the arrival of Hannibal season three.
