Ant-man Movie Release, Casting and Spoilers: New Additions to the Cast Include Rapper T.I, Wood Harris along with Corey Stoll and Bobby Cannavale

As Marvel Studios begins the initial phases of photography on the new super hero franchise, there were additional casting announcements made. Ant-man which is being directed by Peyton Reed began photography sessions in San Francisco this week. The film stars Paul Rudd who is the superhero who can shrink himself by using a suit; all the while making himself stronger. This is much like the physical mechanics of an insect. In the movie, Michael Douglass stars as the super heroes mentor, Hank Pym and Evangeline Lilly as Pym's daughter. Ant-man has been scheduled for a July 2015 release date. It is one of the films on Marvel's schedule for the next few years including the next installment of the Avengers as well as Captain America 2.

Apparently, the other additions to the cast who will join Michael Douglass and Evangeline Lilly include rapper T.I, Wood Harris along with Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Abby Ryder Fortson, John Slattery and David Dastmalchian at the present, there is no word about the specifics of the roles that the new additions to the cast would play. T.I himself has starred in movies including American Gangster, Takers and Identity Thief.

Corey Stoll from, the strain and house of cards joins the film as the villain, Yellow-jacket. Yellow Jacket will be an apprentice to Dr. Pym but rebel and steal his suit to become the exact opposite of what Ant-man stands for. The movie will be produced by Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige, with Louis D'Esposito. Peyton Reed replaced Edgar Wright, as the director for the movie and is shooting a script from script by Adam McKay and Andrew Barrer, as well as Gabriel Ferrari.
