Avatar 2 Release Date, Reveals and Spoilers, Plot: Avatar Installments to be Shot in Los Angeles Back to Back
The sequel to Avatar which is one of the highest grossing franchises ever is to get a sequel in the coming years. The release date for the second installment of Avatar has been scheduled for sometime in 2016. At the present, there are no concrete details about the upcoming installment because even the filming has not began which means no trailer and even less teasers about the upcoming movie. The filming for the movie is to begin sometime in 2015 according to the latest reports. This is not to say that planning for the movie is still up in the air. As a matter of fact, the Avatar sequels are supposed to be shot back to back which would mean that the filming will be back to back so to speak.
Zoe Saldana is the actress that plays Neytiri on the film and is set to be cast in the sequels to the second installment which would mean Avatar 3 and 4. She told media outlets that her agents are currently prepping her to shoot the sequels. Apparently, her schedule is not something of her choosing, because her agents are in charge of her itinerary basically. She claimed "I do know that Avatar is coming first. It's been the one in line for a while now, and we're just waiting for Jim to give us the green light so it can happen early next year."
Avatar 2 is going to be filmed in Los Angeles which is convenient for Zoe Saldana because she lives in the region. Cameron stated that he is currently writing the second and third scripts which will allegedly create a three story arc. These films will concentrate on other aspects of Pandora including oceans which is something we did not get to see in the first film. There is a lot of excitement with the design because apparently, the team is dying to outdo themselves on this one. Let's just see what they come up with.
