CSI: Cyber 2015 Release Date, Reveals and Spoilers: New Series inspired by Previous Cyber-Psychologist Work Done by Producer Mary Aiken
The CSI franchise that began way back in 2000 (yes, that was 14 years ago), is adding to its impressive stable with CSI: Cyber. The franchise that includes two T.V series, several games, comics, books, art work and toys can only get better. CSI: Cyber was a natural development route considering the extent of internet use in current times and the recent prevalence of cyber crime. On April 30TH 2014 a back door pilot was featured on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In this episode FBI special Agent Aver Ryan travels to Las Vegas to find a hacker who creates online personas to blackmail the rich and powerful. The series is premiering in spring 2015.
The new series is inspired by previous cyber-psychologist work done by producer Mary Aiken. It revolves around Special Agent Avery Ryan who is in charge of the Cyber Crime division at Quantico Virginia. We have no idea yet if her thing will be making poorly constructed puns before wearing shades or if she will be overly insightful but we look forward to meeting Special agent Avery Ryan. From the title of the series we expect that all kinds of cyber crimes will be averted, we expect no amazingly furnished laboratories. Instead we expect serious technology and computers with envious specifications.
So the biggest news out there about CSI: Cyber is that gentleman formerly known as Lil' Bow Wow and currently known as Shad Moss shall be playing Brody Nelson, a cyber hacker. The former rapper who currently hosts BET's 106 and Park is seemingly trying to break into acting and we think the CSI franchise is a good point of entry. Patricia Arquette formerly Mrs. Nicholas Cage and known most popularly from the T.V show Medium shall be playing Special Agent Avery Ryan. James Van Der Beek who has starred in Medium as well as Friends with Better Lives shall be taking up the role of Elijah Mundo an FBI agent. Also on the confirmed cast is Charley Koontz acting as an FBI tech specialist and Peter MacNicol who shall be taking on the role of Stavros Sifter, FBI Assistant Director. We look forward to seeing how well they can execute this series but judging from other series in the franchise it will definitely hit the mark.
