She said, "We started shooting season three the first week of June. We should be done around the end of this year. It's amazing. I think more of [what we saw in season two], but what our show does well is it has a balance between the very serious and the comedic." She also added that it is not fun when the series just focuses on giving serious scenes all the time. She said that it was human to laugh amidst the tragedies in life.
Meanwhile, an exciting group of characters will be joining the third season which will include both old and new cast. One of the actors is Laura Prepon who plays the role of Alex Vause who is Piper's Lover. She has been promoted to a regular member of the cast which means that she will be back in the upcoming season.
