The Maze Runner: A Box Office Hit Of $162M With A Budget Of $34M
If you seek adventure and suspense, watching The Maze Runner is something you should do because it will surely give you the chills and thrills that you are looking for. It started as a novel and ended up being one of the best movies to watch this 2014. This is directed by Wes Ball and was released back in September 19 and it is still running in some theatres worldwide.
The movie's budget is $34M and based on the recent updates of its earnings, it has hit the box office around $162M so it has definitely profited a lot. This just shows the number of people who supported the movie and see how great it is.
The plot is actually very simple but we have to say that it is intriguing. It is about a boy named Thomas who woke up one day in a strange land, somewhere he hasn't been before. He found other boys just like him who are lost in that place. There is no other way to get out of there but to go through a maze and it is all over the land. They will have to face a lot of challenges and solves lots of puzzles on that maze. But the catch is no one has actually made it back and not one of the boys survive the maze. It is definitely an adventure packed movie that is good for the whole family.
Kids would appreciate it along with their parents and that is one of the reasons it is becoming a hit. 20th Century Fox did a great job on this one especially when they hired Wes Ball to direct it. The special effect and the visuals were very well made that you can say their budget we really huge for this.
The actors did a great job as well and we have a feeling that Dylan O'Brien is going to be the next big thing after his performance on this movie. Looks like Hollywood' has got another matinee idol to look out for.
So if you haven't seen the movie yet, go ahead and check it out in your nearest cinema.
