"House of Cards Season 3" Premiere Date: Rumored To Take Political Issues In An International Level On February 2015
There are rumors that "House of Cards season 3" will premiere on early 2015 and will tackle bigger political issues with new and old characters, Christian Today reported.
It was rumored that the third season will be shown on the month of February, just like the first two seasons of this Netflix political drama series. The show seems particular, in terms of cohesiveness, as it is now filming in the same location of the previous seasons - Maryland.
Initial season's cast members like Robin Wright, plays Claire Underwood, and Nathan Darrow, plays Edward Meechum, are expected to return in the show.
On the other hand, Latin Times have hinted that there is a character that will die in the end of the Season 3. It has been like a trend in the previous seasons of "House of Cards" that a key character would die in the end of the season. "Each season has seen the shocking death of a beloved character - season one was Peter Russo and season two was Zoe Barnes - raising the question about who will die in season 3."
Among all the rumors that have been circulating, the biggest is the possibility of tackling a bigger political turmoil in the series. Enstarz have reported the possibility of having a lot of Russian matters in the third season of the "House of Cards."
The buzz started after Pussy Riot, a Russian punk band, was said to be a guest starring in the show's Season 3. It is also reported that "'House of Cards' did not get permission to film in the official UN headquarters in New York because the Russian representative did not consent."
It can be recalled that America has been in conflict with the Russian government because of the civil unrest in Ukraine and there are also some reports that Islamic issues will also be touched in the series' new season.
Show creator Beau Willimon, meanwhile, is sure that the House of Cards' plot is going on the right track and somehow hinted that the show will take things international in its new season.
"I am always discovering new things about it, and its rules and dynamics are its own, and so I feel that it's naturally leading to where it needs to go," he said in an interview.
