Sony Xperia Z3V US Release Date: Sony has unveiled a new variant of its Xperia Z3 flagship device for the US market in the form of the Xperia Z3v

Sony has unveiled a new variant of its Xperia Z3 flagship device for the US market in the form of the Xperia Z3v. Yesterday at a NYC press event, Sony revealed their partnership with Verizon Wireless with the announcement of the smartphone which is named as Xperia Z3v where v comes from Verizon. Sony's Xperia series is well known for its impressive features. Sony fans can get this unit soon, as it is set to come up in less than 2 weeks. 

Xperia Z3v will be released in US on 23^rd October. Verizon will be offering the smartphone at $199 on contract basis. Below are some of the innovative features of Xperia Z3v:

The device feels premium and is well built with the aluminium frame and conveniently placed power button along with tempered glass panels on the front and back of the device that provide waterproofing to the handset. The Xperia Z3v has a 5.2-inch, 1920 × 1080 display, with more vibrant reds and greens. The company has ensured that Xperia Z3v has especially bright screen and is currently the brightest in the market. uSers can even enjoy the Xperia Z3v outdoors, even under the glares of the sunlight.

The Xperia Z3v supports Sony's remote play, which allows users to play PS 4 games. Xperia Z3v has 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor which runs on Android kitkat 4.4.4 OS, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage (with micro SD slot support up to 128GB. Along with this, Verizon is offering 25 GB of cloud storage on this phone. The handset also has wireless charging including Qi charging which Verizon has included in the handset.

The smartphone has 3,200 mAh battery, which Sony claims could last for more than a day. Xperia Z3v also has Sony's custom apps. The camera is 20.7 mega pixel with Exxmor sensor and extra-high ISO 12,800 light sensitivity.

The Xperia Z3v goes on sale on 23^rd October for $199 with two year contract through Verizon Wireless. Xperia Z3v packs lot of impressive feature, which will provide tough competition to Apple's iPhone 6, Samsung's Galaxy S5 and Note 4, and smartphones from HTC and LG.
