Game of Throne Latest Update: Who Will Win the Youth Best Performance From Season 1-3? VOTE NOW
The "Game of Thrones" film is not just an ordinary piece of entertainment that after one shot it's over. This is different because as the time passes by characters in the story are also growing and as they grow they are honed to be great people most especially the youth.
So, one of the reasons why they have decided to let WiCnet awards include voting per actor and not just a traditional supporting actor just like in the traditional Emmy Awards is to have the category for Best Youth. Well, we all know "Game of Throne" do have too many children then turned into teenagers characters and those young bloods are really doing their job beyond excellent. They are really great and deserving to receive an award for that. The awards for them will encourage them to work better and achieve more.
"Game of Thrones" really did a great job by collecting talented children to play the role. Those children are competent enough that they handle their role beyond what is expected from them. Through the "Best Performance as a Youth" it will highlight the work of the child and how he handles the role with confidence and greatness. And if the child got such award, the child will then compete for the Best Actor or Actress Award.
SEASON I: Arya Stark played by Maisie Williams
Well, eventhough Williams was not really speaking her actions and role playing skills are just so natural of her. Remember the child who embarrassed Bran with her bow or how her sister got angry with her as she launched food at her? These scenes made her remember.
SEASON II: Sansa Stark by Sophie Turner
Right after Ned's death Sansa realized that Joffrey is not her dream prince at all! This gave turner a chance to highlight her acting skills and she did great for this. Such moment gave Turner a chance to prove and show what she really got.
SEASON III: King Joffrey by Jack Gleesons
His character hangs from "Game of Thrones" series and mitigated on two seasons. He's that cruel guy an imminent threat to Renly until Stannis arrived and prevented him to exercise his power.
