The Fantastic Four, which was supposed to come out way earlier, had almost been shelved due to the return of Bryan Singer, making the movie X-Men: First Class, the primary focus of Fox Studios. Finally though, we will get to see our favorite modern day superheroes save the day.

    Sherlock Season 4 Release Date, Latest News: Still Sync-ing Production with Sherlock and Dr. Watson Actors’ Busy Schedules No release dates have been announced but BBC has already made a commitment to bring back Sherlock for Season 4. Producer Sue Vertue early this year assured fans that, "We're working on it. We're working on dates." Her husband and co-producer Steven Moffat promised "We'll get them made as quickly as we can." Moffat’s co-creator and co-show runner, Mark Gatiss (who also plays ‘Mycroft Holmes’ in the show) said they have "moved significantly closer to getting a date in the diary for series four," according to a report by Radio Times. As things now stand, the lead actors are however still busy with other prior commitments. Martin Freeman is doing a new “Hobbit” movie while Benedict Cumberbatch is working on “Black Mass” to be followed by “Blood Mountain.” As observed by Moffat, "Benedict and Martin are making some movies. If you say 'Who cares about movies?' I agree with you but they are doing them so we’ve got to schedule around that." Sherlock Season 4 will consist of a special plus three serialized episodes according to earlier BBC announcements. However, Gatiss dismissed earlier rumors that there will be a one-off special episode or stand-alone TV movie that may air before the next season starts. Gatiss told Digital Spy, "There was talk [of a single film, but] amongst people who have nothing to do with Sherlock, I'm afraid." Back in July, the Mirror reported that Gatiss tweeted the following message, “Series Four! At last! It's always special to return to Sherlock but this time it's even more special as we're doing... a Special! Not only THAT, we'll then be shooting three more episodes which will take Sherlock and John Watson into deeper and darker water than ever before. The whole Sherlock team are terrifically excited to return for four new adventures. The Game is on - again!" Vertue confirmed in a BBC One press release saying, “It’s taken a little while to get the dates sorted as none of the boys are exactly sitting back twiddling their thumbs but there was unanimous goodwill to make this work, so we’re thrilled that 221b is going to be inhabited again.” To fans of the British TV crime drama, “221b” is of course 221B Baker Street, the address of the London flat shared by Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) and John Watson (Martin Freeman). The crime-fighting duo will be back and so will likely the rest of last season’s cast - landlady Mrs. Hudson (Una Stubbs), DI Greg Lestrade (Rupert Graves), pathologist Molly Hooper (Louise Brealey), Watson’s new wife Mary Morstan (Amanda Abbington) and definitely Sherlock’s brother Mycroft (Mark Gatiss). We may even get to see arch criminal Jim Moriarty (Andrew Scott) resurrected from the dead. In the Season 2 finale, we watched him kill himself to force Sherlock to also commit suicide. However, in the cliffhanger final scene of Season 3, we also saw his face being broadcast across the country saying, “Did you miss me?” Sources say the Sherlock special may be ready by next year’s Christmas season while the three serialized episodes will begin airing by early 2016, assuming of course that shooting on the Sherlock special can begin in January 2015.

"We know you've been waiting on a Dying Light release date for quite some time now. After careful consideration, we have decided to release our upcoming game in February 2015," said Techland in its statement to EuroGamer. "The new date ensures that we can fully realize our vision of an innovative open world game. We won't need to make compromises or trade-offs on any of the five platforms we're working on. For you, it means an outstanding, original game that makes the wait more than worthwhile." Dying Light is being designed to be played in Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Dying Light is set in an open world that looks like the slums and cities in South America. During the day, players move around in an expansive urban environment that has been overrun by an infectious outbreak. The players must scavenge for supplies and craft weapons to use against the growing infected population. Dying Light has a dynamic day and night cycle. During the day when the infected move slowly, the players have to go out and scavenge for supplies to send back to the safe zones. They can also set up traps, save random survivors, and make their way to airdrops. However, when the sun goes down, the infected become transformed, allowing them to sprint, jump and climb buildings to go after the players. During the Electronic Entertainment Expo held last June in Los Angeles, Techland announced that Dying Light will have a strong emphasis on role-playing. At last week’s Gamescom 2014 in Cologne, Techland officially unveiled a demo trailer for Dying Light which showcases its new 4 player co-op feature and some of the available customization options that the fans have been looking forward to for

    NCIS Season 12 Latest News: Russian Mercenary Will Be Season’s Main Bad Ass! Everyone in the NCIS cast will be returning for Season 12, except for Cote De Pablo who plays Ziva David who left the long-running police procedural TV drama series for undisclosed personal reasons. Sean Murray (Tim McGee), Pauley Perrette (Abby Sciuto), David McCallum (Dr. Ducky Mallard), Rocky Carroll (Dir. Leon Vance), and Michael Weatherly (Tony DiNozzo) whose contracts expired this spring, have already signed new deals that will have them on Season 12 and Season 13. Lead star Mark Harmon (Gibbs) and co-stars Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer) and Emily Wickersham (Ellie Bishop), who are all on different contract cycles, will also be returning next season. The NCIS Season 12 premiere which will air on September 23, will feature scenes that will take place in Russia. According to executive co-producer Gary Glasberg, as reported by TV Fanatic, “The first episode starts in Russia and brings Gibbs and McGee to Russia and then a crisis happens and we’re off and running. It sets up an adversary for them that will track through the whole season.” There will also be a main adversary for the whole season and to portray him, says Glasberg, is “an actor named Alex Veadov. He’s a lovely man and he plays a Russian mercenary named Sergei Michnev. Very excited about that. He’s a terrific actor and excited about the potential of where he can go and the potential to cross over into the New Orleans show, as well.” Glasberg revealed more of what’s in store for next season. “Episode 3 is a Ducky origins story,” he says, and “Steve Binder is writing that and we’re going to learn things like why the bow tie and all kinds of stuff. It will be a lot of fun. There will be a case that goes along through it, but it brings Ducky and Bishop back to England. So we’re very excited about that.” So who will be playing the young Ducky in the origin story? According to TVLine, it will be British actor Adam Campbell who does bear an uncanny resemblance to a young David McCallum. For next season, Glasberg added, “We’ll also keep the Delilah story alive with McGee. And Tony, in episode 4, is going to meet a woman. So we’ll start to layer that in.”

"Production on season 8 of The Big Bang Theory will begin Wednesday, August 6, with contract negotiations now having been concluded," reads part of a Warner Bros. statement sent to USWeekly. Filming for Season 8 was delayed last month due to salary negotiations by studio bosses with the agents of stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco-Sweetings, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar. Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco were represented together while Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar were represented together in the negotiations with producer Warner Bros. TV. On August 4, it was reported by E!Online that stars Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco-Sweetings have each signed new three-year deals with Warner Bros. TV that will have their salaries leaping from $350,000 to about $1 million per half-hour episode. In addition, according to a Deadline exclusive, the three will get other perks including “larger pieces of the show, signing bonuses, production deals and advances towards the back-end.” The day following Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco-Sweetings signing, according to a subsequent E!Online report, the two remaining stars Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar have both signed new deals as well although their new renegotiated per-episode salaries have not been disclosed. The two were reportedly aiming to raise their current $100,000 per episode salary to something closer to what the other three original cast members now make. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch just received their raises back in September of last year and are already on board for work on Season 8. According to Deadline, the two will be making around $60,000 each per episode, with their pay steadily increasing every year to reach close to $100,000 an episode each by the end of their contracts. No plot spoilers for Season 8 have so far been leaked although it is already known that the title for Episode 1 will be “The Locomotion Interruption” and that it will be directed by Mark Cendrowski.

    Final Fantasy XV Latest News: Still In Development For More Vivid Visuals and Exciting Environment Final Fantasy XV was a no-show at this year’s June Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles although Square Enix did manage to announce that Final Fantasy TYPE-0 will soon be available on Next Gen Platforms including the Xbox One as well as Final Fantasy AGITO which will be released on iOS and Android devices. According to Air Herald, the release for Final Fantasy XV is set for May 2015. The latest European release schedule from Square Enix, as reported by the Game Inquirer, includes Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (14th February), Thief (28th February), Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster (21st March) and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (14th April). According to Examiner, Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV, along with Murdered: Soul Suspect, were also listed with release dates set “sometime in 2014.” Square Enix has not yet officially committed on the exact dates when Final Fantasy XV, and Kingdom Hearts 3, will really be released. These two next-generation role-playing games were already announced at last year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. In a talk last February with VideoGamer, Final Fantasy series producer Yoshinori Kitase however assured, "We can't give too much information but certainly looking at Final Fantasy XV, it's not as if it's in competition with Kingdom Hearts 3 for resources or anything like that. It's quite far into development now and it is being given a very high priority within the company itself, but that doesn't mean Kingdom Hearts isn't." Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy XV (along with Kingdom Hearts 3) is still in development until now according to Enix Origin. The game publisher however announced that Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 are being developed on DirectX 11, a graphics technology which would enable the addition of advanced effects and features. Perhaps there will be new news for the fans from Square Enix come September on or before the start of the Tokyo Game Show.

Talking about the film’s characters, Mendes said, “What we tried to do, and audiences seemed to embrace in ‘Skyfall’, was that for the first time characters were allowed to age, and they were allowed to acknowledge the passing of the years, and were allowed to acknowledge the history - in a kind of sly, mischievous way - the history of the franchise that they've been part of."
