    Scandal Season 4 Episode 3 Spoilers and Preview: Olivia and her Gladiators Go Inside the Bubble Scandal Season 4 episode 3 which airs Thursday, October 9, at the 9 PM time slot on ABC is entitled “Inside the Bubble.” Written by Matt Byrne and directed by Randy Zisk, the show will have an old friend (to be played by Sonya Walger) of Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) returning to ask for OPA’s help after she finds her daughter missing. Meanwhile, as Olivia and her team look deeper into the new mysterious case her friend brought, Jake Ballard (Scott Foley), who is no longer a part of B613, will also be investigating on his own Harrison Wright’s (Columbus Short) apparent murder. Using his connections, he will find that Olivia’s father Rowan “Eli” Pope (Joe Morton) and B613 may have something to do with the hit not only on Harrison but also on the President’s young son, Jerry. Elsewhere, the President’s Chief of Staff Cyrus Beene (Jeff Perry) has an awkward run in during a business breakfast. RNC Chairwoman Elizabeth (Portia de Rossi), as seen in last week’s episode, has been plotting to bring him down. Part of her scheme involves hiring Michael (played by Matthew Del Negro), a professional gigolo, to flirt with Cyrus who is still mourning the death if his journalist husband James Novak (Dan Bucatinsky) from what he thought was a car accident, but was really an assassination carried out by Jake for B613. Meanwhile, First Lady Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) will become obsessed with a national news story. And elsewhere, David Rosen (Joshua Malina) will go to great lengths to prove he can keep his nomination for Attorney General even after he is accused of domestic violence. The Scandal Season 4 cast also have Guillermo Diaz as Huck, Darby Stanchfield as Abby Whelan, Katie Lowes as Quinn Perkins, and Tony Goldwyn as President Fitzgerald Grant. In addition to Joe Morton, Portia De Rossi and Sonya Walger, another guest star for episode 3 is George Newbern who will play the B613 hit man Charlie who may have been the one who was ordered last season to take out Harrison.

    Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 episode 3 which airs Thursday, October 9, at the 8 PM time slot on ABC is entitled “Got to be Real.” Written by Zoanne Clack and directed by Rob Corn, the show will have Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) introducing Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) to the Veterans Hospital patients in hopes that she will help them with her robotic limb lab. Previously, Callie and her partner Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) have argued about where they would want to take their marriage. Callie wants to adopt a baby while Arizona wants to further specialize as a surgeon. Eventually, they agreed to do both. But if Owen succeed in convincing Callie to help out with the veterans, it could mean that both she and Arizona will have to be taking on more work than they had originally planned.

Filmed in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, the show features pairs of loved ones competing against each other for continued survival in the game. The cast of contestants is composed of nine pairs of loved ones, with relationships which may include parent-child, siblings, and partners, both married and dating. For Survivor’s 29th season, the list of contestants have John Rocker and his girlfriend Julie McGee, twins Nadiya and Natalie Anderson, boyfriends Reed Kelly and Josh Canfield, father and son Keith and Wes Nale, mother and daughter Missy Payne and Baylor Wilson, husband and wife Jeremy and Val Collins, sweethearts Jon Misch and Jacklyn Schultz, father and daughter Dale and Kelley Wentworth, and brothers Drew and Alec Christy.

Last week, Rayna after discovering that her album has been bumped from No. 1 to No. 2 on the charts, is thinking of playing the social media game to increase her visibility. Her fiance, Luke Wheeler (Will Chase), the man she chose over true love Deacon Clayborne (Charles Esten), wisely tells her, “You are walking into hell with dynamite drawers on.”

    Modern Family Season 6 episode 3 which airs Wednesday, October 8, at the 9 PM time slot on ABC is entitled “The Cold.” Several months following Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron’s (Eric Stonestreet) wedding, which was shown during last season’s finale, the extended family of Jay Pritchett (Ed O’Neill) is still reeling from a seemingly stubborn cold. Now, Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell), while putting together some footage from the gay couple’s wedding for a special family screening, discovers that he was the culprit responsible for introducing and spreading the cold virus to the family. Lest he be blamed, he attempts to hide his crime by doing some creative film editing. He enlists his offbeat son Luke (Nolan Gould) to re-stage and re-shoot some scenes which he will try to splice into the wedding footage. Will his scheme work or not? Meanwhile, elsewhere at Phil’s house, Andy the Manny (Adam DeVine), who was the male nanny to Joe, his father’s baby son with Gloria (Sofia Vergara) drops by. Andy was seen during last season’s finale heading off to his girlfriend. As things turned up, she broke off with him. Phil’s teenage daughter Haley (Sarah Hyland) consoled him. Andy, touched by the concern, seemed to have transferred his feelings for his girlfriend to Hayley. Phil’s other daughter, the younger Alex (Ariel Winter) sees this and warns big sister Haley, who tells Andy that he deserved better when he tried showing her his interest. What will Andt the Manny do next?

    One of the most exciting things that happened during the holiday was the announcement of the upcoming DayZ standalone alpha release. A lot of questions have already been raised in the past regarding whether or not a game can be sold when in its alpha state—with a big “yes!” as an answer, of course, what with Starbound and Rust being top sellers on Steam. One of the reasons for the popularity of this early access is that the players get to see and enjoy the development of the game firsthand, as they are first offered a version that is yet to be built, with missing features and some major bugs. It also gives players a chance to voice out suggestions when it comes to the development, as they are allowed to flag problems and provide feedback to the game developers. A huge chunk of information about the game is still left in the shadows, however, as it is still undergoing development. Due to this and some minor delays in its production, it is not unlikely for the DayZ release to not even come until 2015.

    Dying Light news: Zombie apocalypse game Dying Light for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC will be out by January 27, 2015, according to Polish video game developer Techland, which made the announcement via its Twitter account. This will be a few days earlier than the expected February launch date. Dying Light publisher, Warner Bros., shared that Dying Light can be played in co-op mode with four people.
